What does Practice Pavestones Aim to Achieve?
Tara’s goal in developing Practice Pavestones is to help Health Professionals transform the 'nuts and bolts' data of medicine, nutrition and psychology learned in tertiary training into something more effective, experiential and applied by supporting the development of skilful counselling for behaviour change.
Education provided by Practice Pavestones aims to be practical and applicable for a broad range of Health Professional backgrounds.
Tara is a commited teacher and advocate of the Health At Every Size® approach and Pavestones provides a particular skill focus for working with eating behaviours in the non-diet HAES® paradigm.
